Leak Detection

Leak Detection is where your quality assurance process begins. Ensuring products are leak-free is the key to achieving manufacturing success and eliminating waste from subsequent steps in your process.

VTech offers a wide range of Leak Detection systems utilizing all known technologies to match your application including Pressure Decay,  Manual and Semi-Automatic Tracer Gas, Automatic Tracer Gas and Refrigerant Leak Detection.

Refrigerant Charging

Accuracy, speed and dependability is what is required in the refrigerant charging phase, not to mention automation, taking the time and guesswork out of the equation.

VTech supplies Refrigerant Charging Systems for every application, from our assortment of machines for  HFC and HCFC Refrigerants, the latest technology for Alternative Refrigerants (R600,R290, R1234yf and CO2), to multi-function charging equipment.

Pre-evacuation

The importance of pre-evacuation is not to be overlooked; with today's hygroscopic refrigerants, complete drying of the refrigeration circuit is key to product life.

VTech designs both manual and automatic pre-evacuation systems based on customer's requirements. Integration with plant-wide data Systems is available with our VTech Data-Vac system.



Refrigerant Supply

Refrigerant Supply is key to achieving speed and accuracy in the refrigerant charging phase.

VTech offers a diverse series of refrigerant supply solutions from  options available on certain models of charging equipment to accessorial or standalone systems. For example, our innovative vapor detection system, available on VTech 100, 200 and 200 PD models, ensures that vapor is never charged in the place of liquid. Plant wide systems, for delivery to one or more charging machines are available as well.

Refrigerant Recovery and Reclaim

VTech offers four different models of Refrigerant Reclaim Systems, which restore recovered refrigerant to ARI 700-1999 standards suitable for resale. Each VTech Reclaim system offers a different combination of speed and onboard storage capacity. Certain modesl are compatible with high pressure R410a.

We also supply Recovery Systems that do not clean, but are useful for transfering clean refrigerant from one place to another, from a handheld pump to a plant-wide system.

Electrical Safety and Performance Test

Before your finished product can come off the production line it must be tested for electrical safety and performance.

VTech delivers Performance (Run) Test and Electrical Safety Test equipment for the end-of-the-line processes, prior to shipment. They are each modular in design, allowing for special parameters and unique configurations that test for and record data on the factors that most interest you.

Vacuum Fluids

Quality oils and vacuum greases are key to maintaining high vacuum equipment.

VTech introduces its new line of Vacuum Fluids with the VTech 700 Series Silicon Diffusion Pump Fluid, to serve as drop-in replacements for the dicontinued Dow Corning grades DC-702, DC-704 and DC-705.

More Vacuum Fluids (oils, greases, etc.) will be added to this product line soon.
