Leak Detection Solutions for Coils, Components and Sealed Units

VTech's leak testing solutions are custom-engineered for each specific application and use a variety of leak testing methods including Helium or Hydrogen tracer gas, Pressure Decay, Refrigerant Leak Detector, as well as Vacuum Leak Test.

Each project begins with a comprehensive review of all key requirements that are matched with the physical characteristics of the component or system to be tested. We offer free initial consultation on each project as well as preliminary testing at our facility.

Based on this initial assessment, we select the most suitable leak detection technology and equipment geometry. Productivity plays a big role in the choice between manual or automatic operation or even a combination of both. Also, test pressures will dictate the use of safety enclosures or other safety devices. Preliminary schematics for pre-construction approval are provided.

The project is concluded with on-site installation and training.
