VTech ultrasonic welders are specifically designed to hermetically seal copper tubes of refrigeration circuits. They are available for use in both hazardous and non-hazardous environment, complying with international safety standards such as ATEX and NFPA70 Class I, Div. II.
The equipment is primarily composed of a digital ultrasonic generator and an ergonomically designed welding body, The AutoSet software allows a wide flexibility of use in terms of both copper tube thickness, hardness, as well as tube position, thus eliminating the most common causes of an incorrect weld.
